We invite you to call us, email or visit the school during our business hours. Attend a medicine making workshop, browse and buy herbs in our apothecary, and spend some time in our herbal medicine resource library!
We are conveniently located in West Asheville off Haywood Road, and easily accessible from I-240 and downtown.

Office: Fall/Winter hours: Monday-Wednesday-Friday 11:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. (Phone calls and emails answered at this time)
We usually only have one staff person in the office at a time, so if you don’t see anyone upstairs we may be helping someone in the downstairs apothecary. Please call Tuesday through Friday to be sure we are available- especially if you are coming from out of town.
We do not check e-mail or phone messages Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday or Sunday. Thank you for your patience!
- Practitioners make their own hours and will let you know of their availability when you schedule with them.
- Sometimes we are out of the office running errands or on a lunch break, so calling before your visit is recommended.
- Also, please call the office if you would like to schedule a tour of our facility.

We have a parking lot adjacent to our school and apothecary. There is also free on-street parking available on Haywood Road and the residential area of Westwood Place.
